Are you holding yourself accountable?

As a coach, people sometimes think I’m just here to give commands. “Do this.” “Don’t do that.”

But that’s not what I’m doing. I’m challenging you.

To think. To reflect. To take ownership.

Because I know how hard it is to stay accountable when no one’s watching.

And I know how easy it is to mistake discomfort for pressure when really, it’s growth knocking.

At the end of the day, you are the one who has to live with the results.

The rewards — or the regrets.

So ask yourself:

Are you really showing up for what you want? Or just staying busy in what’s familiar?
