Why should they even hire you?

This question isn’t just about proving your worth. It’s about showing you understand what the role needs and how you're ready to deliver.

 

Of course you want to impress. But the goal isn’t to recite your value. It’s to translate it.

 

That’s how you move from applicant to asset.
