The world of work has changed - structurally, culturally and psychologically - and so has Feelgood Coaching & Consulting.
In recent years, the weight of leadership has increased. Complexity has intensified and context has shifted faster than most leaders have been supported to adapt. The unspoken demands of cross-cultural work, constant change, and now AI-driven systems have reshaped how decisions are made, how influence is perceived, and how value is recognised.
This evolution sharpened my focus.
Today, my work is centred on one core question: how leaders sustain clarity, authority, and impact in environments that quietly erode all three.
That focus shows up in four areas:

Those questions have not gone away, they have simply become more consequential.
