THE EXPOSURE AUDIT

You already know something has to change.

The problem is you can't think clearly enough to work out what.

You have spent weeks, possibly months, running the same mental loop. Apply or wait. Stay or pivot. Reach out or hold back. You are not short of options. You are short of clarity, and the longer the uncertainty runs, the harder clear thinking becomes.

This is not a motivation problem. It is a neuroscience problem.

Chronic uncertainty keeps your brain in threat mode, which means that the part of you responsible for strategic thinking, sound judgement, and a clear sense of your own value is operating at a fraction of its capacity. You are trying to make consequential decisions from a compromised brain, and the results reflect it.

The Exposure Audit is 90-minutes designed to change that.

€297. One session. A clear direction for the next 30 days.

This is not a coaching call. There is no agenda-setting, no homework review, no exploration of your feelings about change.

This is a structured, high-intensity working session in which we slow the noise down long enough for you to think properly again.

In 90-minutes, we do four things.

1.  We look at your actual exposure. I'm not talking about the catastrophised version that keeps you awake at 2am 3am, and certainly not the bravado version you give to the general public. The real one - what your financial runway actually is, what your timeline genuinely allows, and what the stakes actually are. Most people have never had this conversation with someone who will be straight with them. It is clarifying in a way that nothing else is.

2.  We separate your competence from your context. This is the question that matters most and the one almost nobody asks: which parts of your authority genuinely travel into a new market, and which parts have been propped up by organizational infrastructure, sector relationships, and institutional brand? The answer to that question changes everything about how you position yourself, where you look, and what you ask for.

3.  We test your narrative against the current market. Not against who you were 18 or even six months ago. Not against what your sector used to value. Against where the market actually is right now and what it will pay for. We find the language that makes your experience legible and compelling to a new audience, and we discard the language that is making you invisible.

4.  We build your 30-day direction.  A specific, prioritised sequence of moves grounded in your actual situation, your transferable strengths, and the realistic opportunities in front of you. You leave knowing exactly what to do first, second, and third, and why.

This session is for senior professionals in international and global organizations who are navigating serious uncertainty about what comes next, whether that means redundancy, restructuring, or simply the growing realisation that the world you have built your career in has shifted beneath you.

You have significant experience and you are not starting from zero. You are however operating in a market that does not yet know your value, and you need to change that, fast, strategically, and without wasting the next six months applying for the wrong things.

If that is your situation, this session was created for you.

If you are looking for reassurance, validation, or someone to tell you that everything will work out fine, this is not the right session. There are plenty of those available. This is for people who want the truth about their position and a clear strategy for improving it.

You will leave this session with:

  • A precise understanding of where you actually stand -  financially, professionally, and strategically  - stripped of the distortion that prolonged uncertainty creates.

  • A clear map of which of your skills, experience, and authority genuinely transfers to the broader market and how to articulate it in language that others will listen to.

  • A tested, sector-neutral narrative that makes your value immediately legible to employers, clients, and networks outside your immediate world.

  • A prioritised thirty-day action plan - specific, sequenced, and grounded in strategy rather than adrenaline.

  • And something harder to quantify but no less real: the particular confidence that comes from having looked at your situation directly and clearly, rather than through the fog of prolonged uncertainty.

I take three of these sessions at this rate per month. That is not a marketing device rather  it is the reality of doing this work properly.

Each session requires significant preparation on my part. I review your background, your market, and your specific situation before we speak, which means every 90-minutes is built around you specifically, not a generic framework.

Three sessions per month is what that allows.

When those three spots are gone, the next availability is the following month.

Is this really worth €297?

Consider what the alternative costs. Another month of the wrong applications. Another conversation you went into underprepared. Another negotiation where you left money on the table because you didn't know your market rate or how to hold your position. The professionals I work with are typically operating at salary levels where a single better-positioned conversation more than recovers this investment many times over. The question is not whether €297 is a lot. The question is what prolonged confusion is costing you.

I'm not ready — I need to sort a few things first.

This is the most common thing people say, and it is almost always the wrong call. The feeling of not being ready is a symptom of the problem this session solves, not a reason to delay it. You do not need to have your CV finalised, your LinkedIn updated, or your next move decided before we speak. You need none of that. You need ninety minutes of clear thinking, and that is exactly what this provides.

I don't know if coaching is for me.

This is not coaching. There is no ongoing programme, no relationship to commit to, no pressure to continue beyond this session. It is a single, bounded, working session with a specific deliverable. You book it, we do the work, you leave with a direction. That is the entirety of the commitment.

I'm too senior or too specialist - will this actually work for my situation?

Seniority and specialisation are not obstacles here rather they are the starting point. The more senior and specialised you are, the more important it is to do this work properly, because the gap between how the market perceives your value and what you are actually worth tends to be larger, and the cost of getting it wrong is higher. This session is specifically designed for professionals with significant experience navigating complex transitions, not for people at the beginning of their careers.

I already know what the problem is.

Possibly. But knowing what the problem is and being able to think clearly enough to solve it are two different things. Many of the people I work with arrive knowing exactly what they need to do and completely unable to make themselves do it. That gap between knowing and moving is precisely what this session is designed to close.

The sector is shifting. The funding is contracting. The positions that existed 18 months ago do not all exist today, and the ones that do are more competitive than they have ever been.

None of that changes what you are capable of. It changes the context you are operating in and context is something you can respond to strategically, once you can think clearly enough to do so.

Three spots. This month.
