For Paid Services: All sessions are booked and paid for in advance.
Owing to the focused and time-bound nature of this work, all bookings are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, you may do so once with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee, payable before the new session date is confirmed.
Missed sessions or cancellations on the day are forfeited in full.
