Cancellation Policy

For Paid Services: All sessions are booked and paid for in advance. Owing to the focused and time-bound nature of this work, all bookings are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, you may do so once with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee, payable before the new session date is confirmed. Missed sessions or cancellations on the day are forfeited in full. These terms ensure that each session is held with the appropriate level of commitment, preparation, and care.
