Welcome to the Fabulous Feelgood Blog

The world of work has changed - structurally, culturally and psychologically - and so has Feelgood Coaching & Consulting.

In recent years, the weight of leadership has increased. Complexity has intensified and context has shifted faster than most leaders have been supported to adapt. The unspoken demands of cross-cultural work, constant change, and now AI-driven systems have reshaped how decisions are made, how influence is perceived, and how value is recognised.

This evolution sharpened my focus.

Today, my work is centred on one core question: how leaders sustain clarity, authority, and impact in environments that quietly erode all three.

That focus shows up in four areas:

  • Supporting experienced professionals to position themselves clearly and credibly for senior roles or consulting opportunities, without chasing visibility or diluting their standards

  • Helping leaders translate deep expertise into strategic, service-based offers that stand up in complex systems

  • Strengthening emotionally intelligent, culturally cohesive teams that perform under pressure rather than fragment beneath it

  • Designing ways of working that reduce friction, restore judgement, and create more steadiness, not just productivity

This blog reflects that same orientation.

It is a place for clear thinking, grounded challenge, and practical insight into leadership as it is actually experienced. Many earlier posts remain because the fundamentals still matter: how you communicate, how you position yourself, and how you lead yourself when the context is demanding.

Those questions have not gone away, they have simply become more consequential.

So whether you are leading across cultures, navigating a career inflection point, or reassessing how you want to work in an AI-shaped landscape, the intention here is the same as it has always been: to offer clarity that is useful, perspective that is steadying, and ideas you can apply without theatrics or compromise.
