Real change rarely waits for a scheduled call, so every RADIATE Mastery and Sovereign client has unlimited written access to me in a private group on my website. Whenever a question arises, a potential client says something unexpected or you simply want a second opinion before you send a proposal, you write to me there and keep moving forward with confidence. I reply within 24 hours except at weekends, so if you write on a Friday, my reply may come on the Monday

You price one of your own packages from the value of the result it delivers, and you leave with a new price you believe in and can say out loud. RADIATE Focus includes a 90-minute recorded workshop, Stepping Into You as a PDF with all of its downloads, and a 30-minute kickstart call with me.

RADIATE Mastery

Over six months you work through all seven RADIATE steps with my guidance at every stage. We meet every two weeks, with a short check-in in between, and you can write to me whenever you need me, so you always know what to focus on next. By the end of the programme, your prices, brand, niche, signature method and packages are in place, you speak about your fees with calm authority, and you leave with the confidence and the plan to lead your thriving business on your own.

RADIATE Sovereign is for the founder who is ready to move faster and wants a trusted strategic partner at their side for the decisions that matter most. Each of our three strategy days is a focused, high-level working session, held online or in person in Austria, and you leave each one with decisions made and the work in place. On the first day, we settle your positioning, offer and pricing. Around month three, we build your launch and your client-attraction system together. On our third day, as we approach the final weeks of your programme, we review your results and plan your next stage of growth.

I'm Gwyneth Letherbarrow MBA, an award-winning coach and the author of Stepping Into You. For more than 20 years I worked inside the UN system with people from across the world, and I bring that experience together with emotional intelligence and a neuroscientific evidence base, so that every change you make is grounded in how people think, feel and decide.

How We Begin

  • Meet me for 30 minutes on Microsoft Teams. The first 20 minutes belong entirely to you and your business. We then decide together whether RADIATE is right for you and which level of support suits you best.

  • Secure your place. If it feels right, we choose your start date and secure your place there and then, and I send you your welcome pack and everything in writing the same day.
