AI Policy

Last updated:6 August 2026

At Feelgood Coaching and Consulting e.U. we use artificial intelligence (AI) as a professional tool to support our work.

We do so responsibly, transparently, and in compliance with the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), including the transparency obligations under Article 50 that apply from 2 August 2025.

This policy sets out how we use AI across our website and services, how we handle your data, and what your rights are.

1. How We Use AI

We use AI technology in the following ways:

AI tools and platforms. We use selected AI tools to support our coaching and programme delivery, including CV feedback tools, language models for training support, and automation for operational efficiency.

AI-assisted content creation. We use AI to support the production of written content such as blog posts, email communications, and client resources. All published content is reviewed, edited, and approved by Gwyneth Letherbarrow before publication. Editorial responsibility for every piece of content rests with a named individual, in line with the editorial control exemption under Article 50 of the EU AI Act.

AI-generated visual content. Where we use AI-generated images or graphics in our published materials, these are either obviously stylised or abstract in nature, or are clearly labelled as AI-generated at the point of publication. We do not use AI to create photorealistic depictions of real individuals.

AI-powered chatbot. We do not currently operate an AI chatbot on this website. Should we deploy one in future, it will identify itself as an AI system at the point of first contact, in compliance with Article 50 of the EU AI Act. This policy will be updated accordingly at that time.

All AI tools are selected for their reliability, privacy standards, and alignment with our professional and ethical standards.

2. Data Collection and Privacy

We value your privacy. Any data you share with our AI tools may be stored for service improvement and user experience purposes. The following commitments apply:

We do not use your data to train external AI systems. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

You may request that any data collected through AI interactions be deleted by contacting us directly.

3. Limitations of AI

AI tools are useful but not infallible. AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Human oversight is maintained across all AI-assisted outputs. No AI system on this website provides legal, financial, or therapeutic advice.

Please use your own judgement when acting on information provided by any AI feature on this site.

4. Regulatory Compliance

Our use of AI is conducted in compliance with the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689). In Austria, the designated national authority for AI Act matters is the RTR (Rundfunk und Telekom Regulierungs-GmbH), operating through its AI Service Centre (KI-Servicestelle).

We comply with the following transparency obligations under Article 50:

Interaction disclosure. Any AI system deployed on this website that interacts directly with users will identify itself as an AI system at the point of first contact.

Content disclosure. AI-generated or AI-manipulated visual content is labelled as such where required under the Act.

Editorial responsibility. All written content published under our name undergoes substantive human review and editorial control. A named individual holds editorial responsibility for every publication.

We do not deploy emotion recognition or biometric categorisation systems.

For more information on AI Act obligations in Austria, visit the RTR AI Service Centre at https://www.rtr.at/rtr/service/ki-servicestelle

5. Our Commitment to Ethical AI Use

We review our AI tools and policies on a regular basis to ensure they reflect current regulation and best practice. Our approach is guided by three principles:

Transparency. You have the right to know when you are interacting with an AI system and when content has been generated or supported by AI.

Human-first leadership. AI supports our work. It does not replace human judgement, emotional intelligence, or the quality of the coaching relationship.

Accountability. We take responsibility for the outputs of the AI tools we use. Where AI contributes to our work, a named person reviews and approves the result.
